This retail powersports facility features a showroom with large areas of glass along the south side of the building. Natural light illuminates the space from the perimeter and above via clearstory windows that run the length of the building. A large display canopy wraps around the building providing the owner with a covered exterior display, thus exposing the showroom to a major highway that is located in front of the building.

In addition to the grand showroom, the facility also includes a warehouse for overflow merchandise and a full-service repair shop complete with vehicle lifts and individual mechanics' workstations.
